2. SENDNOW.RO is a mail server that provides email marketing services. SendNow.ro cannot be held responsible for your acts Any fines, damages that can be transmitted by SENDNOW.RO, fall on your obligation
3. Representations and Acknowledgements
You acknowledge and agree that:
• SendNow.ro services will be subject to monthly subscription fees.
• Products may not be used to send unsolicited email ("spam"). Make sure your list of contacts is one that contains email addresses of individuals who have previously agreed to receive messages from you
• Products may be used only for legal & moral.
• SendNow.ro services cannot be used to host content that violates intellectual property rights of others, including copyright and trademark infringement, or that include any obscene or defamatory material or otherwise violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• You, by paying subscriptions are only responsible for your actions. SENDNOW.RO is a mail server that provides email marketing services
• Acknowledge and agree that not all e-mails sent by using SENDNOW.RO services will be received by their recipients.
• Each e-mail sent to you in connection with the products must contain links to "unsubscribe" link that allows the recipient to remove from your mailing list.
• You will comply with restrictions on e-mail content and activities through such products as set out or referred to in this Agreement.
• You acknowledge and agree that you are only "sender" (as defined in CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 and any rules adopted under such Act) of any email message sent to you using the products.
• You agree that "from" line of any email message sent to you will be using SENDNOW.RO services in a fair and non-misleading manner for identifying your organization, product or service.
• You agree that "subject" line of any e-mail sent by you to use products will not contain any content misleading or misleading on the issue of global e-mail subject.
• In your use SENDNOW.RO services, you agree to represent accurate identification.
• You agree that SENDNOW.RO is not liable to any messages that you send in your paid subscription basis and all liability is yours entirely and assume.
4. E-mail practices, images and banned site

• For each e-mail sent, you acknowledge and agree that SENDNOW.RO identification may add a footnote stating that "email marketing sent by SENDNOW.RO" or a similar message.
Final Note:
Forbidden to email messages using SENDNOW.RO services that promote people, services, products, special offers and unethical or illegal under Romanian law and international legislation.
